Compass Cares is our new, locally-directed community philanthropic program. One hundred percent of our transactions will result in a donation from Compass to a local, well-deserving organization. As agents, we’ll take on the responsibility of researching, nominating, and voting for the community organizations that will receive the funds. Just how generous do we plan on being, you ask? Over the next decade, we are challenging ourselves to work together to give back $1 billion to the community!
