I had the once in a lifetime experience to walk through 1000 Museum Park during construction; hard hats, construction boots and goggles.
Living next door to the building, I have embraced the dream becoming a reality. Zaha Hadid designed the building prior to her passing. She was a true visionary; this, truly expressed through her architecture and design.
The building has very avant-garde common areas like an aquatic center, a spectacular fitness center, and a helipad on the rooftop. But what is more impressive are the condos the architect created with all the breathtaking Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami views. Half floor suites with 10 ft. ceilings are spacious with large living areas. I can imagine memorable celebrations, evenings on the terraces, and great meals all within one’s iconic home. There are only 83 condos in the building, making it a very intimate place to call home.
Living in the Arts and Entertainment neighborhood to me is a perfect Miami location. This location has it all; perfect for a museum lover or one who enjoys a walk in the park, a sports fan that can walk to American Airlines Arena or a theater / music aficionado who can enjoy an event at the Adrienne Arsht Performing Arts Center, or a beach lover when you are only 10 minutes from South Beach. Add the new restaurants walking distance from the building, the new grocery stores, the proximity to Miami International Airport, Midtown and the Design District, this location exemplifies The New Global City.
When you want to experience a construction walk through of 1000 Museum Park, please let me know. It is truly going to be a one-of-a-kind breathtaking place to live.
